Rich, said that I ( Charmaine) got a loan from America Payday, and Rich said that I never paid it back, Rich stated that I owe $8,500.00 and I never ask or recieved and money or statements saying I got a loan from America Payday and Rich said the Sheriff would come and pick me up and the judge will send me to jail. Rude Indian person who speaks no English, talks like his mouth is full of marbles, aggressive, asking for money for APS (?) calls incessantly, screams at me, won't provide real name or number. My phone service will not block his number and I'm not changing mine. Reporting to FCC and local PD.
